Enrollment
Families should report to the main office of their zoned school for registration. Check with the secretary for registration packet information.
The following documents will be needed to complete all student enrollment:
- Proof of Birth: Government-issued Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records: The student’s Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate (shot record signed by the child’s physician or county health department). Visit the Knox County Schools Immunization page for more details.
- Recent Physical Examination: Proof of a physical exam within 30 days of enrollment
- Proof of Residence: One of the following—gas, water, or electric bill. If the utility bill and/or lease agreement is in the name of someone other than the parent/guardian, that individual must provide the utility bill and/or lease agreement, along with a notarized letter confirming that the parent/guardian and children reside at the address.
